five poses a day

5 poses a Day #3

A short and sweet yoga sequence to help you build strength and stamina.

I like to practice this sequence first thing in the morning and then again in the afternoon to help get me through the afternoon with renewed energy.

Remember to practice with safety first, breath awareness second; and from there, allow your body to flow right into your expression of each pose. You may not look ‘exactly’ like the pose in the image, but if you’re doing your best and staying in correct alignment- that’s what matters most. Don’t let your mind take bully you into focusing on your shortcomings.

Stay focused.
Breathe.
Try to release any tension you’re holding in your body.
It’s only 5 poses. YOU CAN DO THIS.

5 poses a day

For further guidance on any of the postures, or to learn ways you can add breathing and meditation to your daily practice, please email me for a free copy of my my Yoga & Meditation guide.

And don’t forget, if you’re like me and need a little support from like-minded women, we are all here to help you in our private, women’s only FB group. (I hope to connect with you there!)

Well wishes,
